Our Role
Executive Project Management served as Independent Certifiers on behalf of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia as Senior Debt provider. Our service included:
- Initial Due Diligence Report
- Programming reviews
- Monitoring of expenditure
- Review of design and construction
- Progress reporting
- Variation analysis
- Monthly financial draw-down reporting
- Project risk analysis
- Monitoring of apartment pre-sales
Additional Services
Executive Project Management also provided Financial Certifier services including inspections of completed apartment product against the Developer's Land Sale Contracts and reporting of non-compliance.
Outcome
The project was successfully completed with all pre-sales settled and Senior Debt repaid to CBA within the required parameters.
