Norwest Land

Executive Project Management provided Project Management services on multiple residential developments in Bella Vista, NSW. The projects included large site areas, managing the provision of services infrastructure including water, sewer, stormwater, electricity and high speed broadband. Construction encompassed individual lot housing, townhouses and apartments with underground basement car parking, as well as extensive landscaping.

Extended Engagement

On completion of the initial Project Management Services Contract, Executive PM were selected by Norwest Land to manage all aspects of the Norwest Land Sales and Information Centre — a testament to the quality of service delivered during the construction phase.

Our Role

Executive Project Management was responsible for administrating all Contracts, monitoring all aspects of time, cost and quality, and providing Monthly Progress Reports. We also provided defects management both at project completion and during the settlement process.

Recognition

Executive Project Management recognises OEM Architects for their award of the 2009 DIA NSW Auster Brick Awards for Excellence for the Norwest Land Peninsula at The Lakes Project.
