Lee Wharf

Lee Wharf is a new residential, retail and commercial development located on the boardwalk in the Honeysuckle Precinct, Newcastle. This waterfront project comprises four buildings containing over 150 two and three bedroom apartments, ranging from 4 to 8 levels over two basement car parks. The development also includes retail shops, restaurants, corporate suites, and extensive landscaping and external works.

The project transformed a once-redundant section of the Newcastle waterfront into a vibrant harbour-side precinct.

Our Role

Executive Project Management served as Independent Certifiers on behalf of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Our service included:

• Initial due diligence report
• Programming reviews and recommendations
• Monitoring of expenditure
• Review of design and construction
• Progress reporting
• Variation analysis
• Monitoring of pre-sales
• Inspections of completed works to ensure compliance with Sale Contracts in line with CBA Senior Debt Facility
